Clubhouse Cancellation Policy
To qualify for a refund, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your booking. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we won’t be able to offer a refund, but we’ll happily reschedule your booking to another available date. For any changes, please contact our team as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding!
At Clubhouse Social, we strive to provide a top-tier experience for all our guests. If you are not satisfied with your booking or purchase, please review our return terms below:
Bookings & Reservations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may be eligible for a reschedule or credit at the management’s discretion.
Food & Beverage Purchases: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not offer refunds on food or drink purchases. If you experience any issues with your order, please speak to a member of our team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Merchandise & Gift Cards: Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. For any refund or return requests, please contact our team at join@clubhousesocial.co.uk or speak to a manager on-site.
